That's a bloody bold un-educated comment to make; max. Over the last six year construction & design in china (by Chinese) has won a multitude of international awards (more than any other country).

Also the chinese have been making bikes longer than you think, not exported but jsut for themselfs. Loncin are the best by far, but everytime i look at a lifan their poor build quality still dosnt supprise me...and the rest of them

So far none of mine have done that....
I have 5 of them and the only thing that has broken in 4 years is a pair of handle bars and a choke cable. They are my learner bikes and get ridden by incompetent idiots mainly.
