CV50 rollers

Hi all, can anyone tell me the stock weight of the rollers for a Jog CV50?

6.5 grams grams and 15 x 12. if your in there why not change the variator?

Thanks Spearfish, yeah I'd love to throw a high speed one in but just can't afford it at the moment :no:

Had a quick look on Scootling and the closest they have is 6g or 7g. Maybe I'll throw some 6g ones in for a little better acceleration for now. How much would they kill my top speed by?

Have you or anyone tried sliding roller weights (http://www.monsterscooterparts.com/15x12-sliding-roller-weights.html#specs)? Any noticeable difference?

I will let you know I've ordered some sliders in.
With the std pulley I dont think it matters to go a little lighter, its stopped expanding long before the rev limiter kicks in.
Remember some of the rollers have a direction to be fitted, its subtle but one end has more plastic than the other to allow for the thrust wear.
These guys are reasonable if not, the cheapest for service parts.

http://shop.scootling.co.nz/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=37 scootling don't always keep their stock numbers correct on the website so if there is one you need give them a ring or email. They also tested the CDI sets so they know what works and doesn't.

sometimes scoots are detuned and sold standard on trademe, the tuning parts are sold separately so worth looking out for parts.
Good thing is they just plug'n'play you might get some jumpers setting to play around with depending on what stage tuning your at.
the jogs changed plugs I think it was 2006 from a 5 pin cdi to 6 pin so really do your homework before shelling out, even then models are slightly different.

The old ones could be I'm sure is was a wire snip jobbie.
I CDI is an effective farkerupper of going faster.
Overdrive the variator and better cylinder gets your over 70-75 but more importantly great hole-shot off the lights.
The cylinder will work with STD carb (re-jetted), exhaust and CDI.
Its all dominoes tho, make one bit faster the other bits need tinkering to make use of it.
