Does anyone have any "direct" contact with anyone in the Commerce Commission that is powerful/helpful enough to help a guy move quickly? Whilst I am prepared to go through the official channels, my family are being severely inconvenienced and i'd rather this all went away much quicker than it arrived. Any help, strictest confidence...
