Cufflinks.

Do the decorative bits on in the inside of your wrists, or the outside? I don't get dressed up often.

Don't even start me on ties.

Cuffs to touch inside-to-inside. Not overlapped like using the button.
Tie = Windsor knot. Tie-pin. End of tie to just touch your belt.

End of tie to just touch your belt.

Nope. The widest part of the tie should be level with the top of your belt with the "point" overlapping.

If three button the rule is (from top down) Always, Sometimes. Never.

Nah, if it's a 3-roll-2 then it's better to leave the top undone, and just have the middle buttoned so that the lapel rolls properly.
