I'm with the opposition ;) shhhhh.

Have recently found a new love of fitness and am at week twenty. Have gone from 125kgs. Went down to 100kgs at week eleven and sat at 100, 100, 100, 105 and am now (cuse the pun) sitting on 110 lol, I mean WTF!!!
The good news is that I no longer have 'love handles' or a 'spare tyre' hehe...Am on the last hole in my belt and will be shopping for a new (smaller) one soon :)

I will be approaching our work Council of Sport and Association for assistance ;) plus the boys and girls have all said they will do a whip round :):) if successful

Its only 20kgs of gear...nothing to worry about! The heat kills you if you are not used to it though, but the feeling of making it to the top is well worth it:rockon:. And the after party generally isnt too bad either:shifty:. i will be there checking for correct gear at the start this year.

Ah, the old, sex sells bit eh? Naturally they're no fools and if they want your money, they know what you can't refuse... I met a Police lady the other week who'd tempt anyone to do something so she could arrest you. :innocent::shutup:
