Is that uninterrupted?
I hit the sack by ten, up at six but rarely sleep right through. I'll wake 2-3 or more times per night, less if I'm pissed though, but then apparently I snore.

Piffff what's the point of living a few years longer if you just spend it sleeping!

Go to bed at 11:30, wake up at 6. Sounds like being hotted up on caffeine is healthy.

What I wouldn't give for eight solid hours!
I don't get elbows in the head, I get body blows, hard ones.

I'm doomed.

But who cares, you lose a few years of sitting in your own piss at a rest home.

And think of all those extra hours you enjoyed while you were young enough to enjoy them, sometimes there are compelling reasons for going to sleep late and/or waking up early. :msn-wink:

Gotta love those broad sweeping statements! "If you don't drink 8l of water everyday you will die!"etc. There is an ad on TEEV at the moment going on about how 1 bacteria will breed to 2 million overnight! I try to train kids now to believe that germs are good for them, main reason is to save on soap from the endless handwashing! My son has OCD like symptoms and is scared of every fuckin thing and I suspect TV and school bullshit has alot to do with it. Sure as shit didn't get it from me!

And those screaming green things in the toilet duck ad's don't help toilet training either. Don't kiss anyone, there's a million bacteria in that mouth! Eat this healthy meal from THIS packet, which you just have to nuke for 30 seconds for a full and nutritious meal. Who needs breakfast when you can slurp an Up n Go on your way out the door?

The world's fucked.

Life can be such a trial, sounds like I haven't got long to go then.

Pfft, sleeping more only increases your chances of being killed in a house fire. Fact.

This just in: sleeping more increases your chances of dying in your sleep.

It also increases the chances of being assaulted/murdered by an intruder during sleep.

well the nz grubbermint doesnt seem to care that i only get 4.5-5.5 in my largest portion of the day.
I finish work 6am, sleep from 7-8am (sometimes), get kids reddy for school, sleep 0930-1430 (5hrs), then haf to pick up from school.
I then haf to cook dinner, goto gym, then i try to sleep for a bit before work and will usually be about 30mins-1hr.
So ALL days i have broken sleeps, and usually in 3 sets. I was going through a rough patch not so long ago of only sleeping 11-15 hrs in my first 5 days back at work.
Yes, that 15 hrs total sleep over more than 96hrs.....
I LOVE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. And dont you DARE come to my house when I am asleep or I WILL eat you.
The funny thing is, I still manage to function at work, and am able to ride my bike to and from work.
