Electric start, throttle housing

Hi there,
Just wanting to know why my electric start doesn't work? I don't mind having to kick start every time but just want to know how i can fix it?

Also i have lost my throttle housing for my suzuki. Anyone here supply them?

Could it be the starter button is in the (missing) throttle housing?

A few more details would make diagnosis easier.
