Everyone is invited to the 2nd Annual Rexs ride to remember a good bloke who treated all with respect and always looked after us motorcyclists:yes:
Rex died of Cancer a couple of years ago and his wife Carol died a year after on the same date.....
Place:Sportsman Bar 217 Featherston Street Palmerston North
Date:29th May 2010
Time:sign in 10.30am until the ride leaves at 12pm
Cost: $20.00 proceeds to Arohanui Hospice
End up at Rexs Bar Free BBQ

thats cause your sooooooooooo easily lead astray :laugh: still was a good day ...then dogs lead us away but remember the ride home that nite fr wangas .. terrible weather til we got back to rexs :sunny:

Was pretty good last night at Dannevegas,worse from Napier till around Norsewood.Even PR2's stick in wet.Mind you a small crash was seen by Norsewood area,van in bank.

Just a quick note to thank those who came along for the ride to support the Hospice...........
A big thanks to those wonderful ladies Tracy and Michelle who are bloody awesome and they are both booked in for next year:-)
Al,Craig and his partner[very nice lady]and their friends for turning up on a very shitty day and going across the saddle in bad conditions all for a good cause and if wasnt for Horse i would have got lost!!!!
And at the end of the day thats what the ride is about..............THE HOSPICE
For those who have been in contact with the hospice they will understand the work they do...the staff are angels and i mean that with all my heart
once again cheers...............

Bugger to miss it,but re the hospice,there are nurses and nurses,hospice ones to me are the best,they put up with the fact the people aren't going home,must be tough.Having seen first hand with a mate who died at 29yrs,they're awesome,considerate and genuinely care.And have a wicked sense of humour,and not afraid to tell the people dying bloody good jokes.
