My New Ride

A couple of snaps of my new 2008 YZF R1 (6000kms $13k), My riding enthusiasm has been reborn, it was near terminally dead as I was loosing interest real fast with the KTM it was a good bike but not for me. The R1 is absolutely thrilling to ride and Im looking for any excuse to get on the beast.........just like the old days, to the point where I rode it for two hours in the pissing rain on Saturday.

Next up is to get the suspension tuned in a bit and get some decent rubber for a trackday or two.

My overall impression of the bike thus far is simply outstanding.




also decided to upgrade my leathers, wearing the new "EDGE" jacket and "ESTREMOS" Pants
If anyone wants a deal on 8 month old Vengeance and Estremos let me know
