Clearly the dad was a dickhead, but my next thought was why didn't anyone else go and see if the kid was ok? They all stood around like morons and even turned away. A little kid could've been badly hurt and they just ignore it. WTF is wrong with people?!

That woman who stands up right before the bike takes off: It's all her fault. If the kid didn't have to swerve to avoid her she would have probably made it around the block safely.
