I am in the middle of replacing the oil and dust seals when I realised that the seals supplied for my bike are for the Marzocchi forks, not the WP ones I have (My bike came out with 3 different brands of forks in 1 year!)
Problem is, I won't be able to get the correct parts until at least Tuesday and won't be able to fit them until at least a week later as I am on holiday until then.
Is there anything I should do to the fork bushes, spacers etc. while they sit on the bench as these parts would normally be coated in oil. Just don't want them oxidising or anything.
Or am I worrying about nothing?
