Has the metal insert for the S/plug come away from the alloy head? We had it happen on a new 2006 SX85 we had It was replaced under warranty

I had a 85sx. it cracked the cylender head one day. Radiator fluid went all thru engine... Can we see some pis of damage? mine was rebuilt under warrenty but wasnt to expesive anyway.

oh well. The reason it failed was because the head/bike was over engineered, and the parts ARE more expensive than the kx80 we are doing, but there is no point telling them that as the only hear the good points. Like it has two rads instead of one!
