Heya.
Recently bought a 2003 Invader, been enjoying the ride, but I just have a few questions.
Firstly, information about the Invader on the internet are very limited, the American bike boards have never heard of it, one guy even suggested it was an Across when I posted a picture. I'm curious as to the reason why Suzuki stopped making them, and why no one abroad seems to know about it?
Secondly, when my bike's on low beam one light shines brighter than the other. I've always assumed that it was part of the design as both comes on equally on high beam, but my mate thinks that one of the bulb fuses are blown.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Robo

It just says GSX 250 on my rego, but the guy at the bike store (MCR, Dunedin) called it an Invader, feel free to correct me.

aha! thanks for clearing that up. yes the GSX 250 is a good reliable bike and you really shouldnt have any problems with it being a Suzuki. AS long as its been serviced regularly and, you keep it serviced as per the schedule, it should be a beauty.

in regards to the american comments. firstly, americans don't know a lot in the first place. and secondly i think they would have almost no 250's in their market except for the ninja and maybe teh hyosung? because they arent limited to 250cc or anything like that when it comes to l plates in teh USA. (feel free for anyone to correct me)

Mate I have a 2005 one of these and mine does the same! A little annoying because it looks like you have blown a light. Considering replacing with halogens!

Yes it is an Invader, and I am in the same boat! Cant find any info let alone parts, so I dont recommend this bike for a learner who may need a few extra parts along the way. None of the bike spec sites have any information about them at all either. Bad Suzuki!
