Did you see the news item about this 'sinkhole' that opened up in a Guatemalan street?
I'm thinking I might have to mention this as a potential hazard when I am doing my full licence test...
"Street could have opened up resulting in deadly drop to infernal underworld".

I read the sink hole story earlier and thought it must be a have...but no. It's real, right freaky. And didn't i read that it was sewage down there. yuk.

The sinkhole swallowed up an entire street intersection and two nearby buildings, residents told CNN. They said a poor sewage drainage network was to blame.

FFS, anyone want to tell them they are dreaming?

Seriously, That sinkhole has nothing to do with the sewage system, The sewage system would be about 3 feet in the ground and a tiny tiny tiny pipe in comparison.

Anyone here read "Earth"by David Brin. Set in 2040. Scientists playing around with making Mini Black Holes, accidentally drop one into the Earth's core and cause Gazers (Gravity Lasers) that made holes just like that:gob: LOL
Then again it could be The Rise of Silver Surfer:innocent:
