We are travelling back from Manfield next Sunday after RD2. We need a reasonable rate place to stay before getting the early ferry on Monday. Pref within 30-40 mins from ferry............. any reccomendations please.

Try the Newlands Court Motel...just off the top of the Nauraunga Gorge...not far from ferry at all...

Aaron Court Motor Lodge, Tawa. About 10 minutes drive. My drivers stay there often and they a pretty good hosts and comfortable units.

You are more than welcome to bunk down here at Otaki...we have a spare room with a double bed thats avalable...Its just over an hour to welly though....but it's free...
