Excellent example of one of the best bikes you can (legally) ride without a full license.

Well looked after as seen in the photos. Paint is still in very good condition. Two minor cosmetic blemishes: A scrape on the muffler and a cut in the seat.

Low KM's that have been verified as accurate. Mechanic commented that it was a very well taken care of bike.

Registration: 07/01/2011
WoF: October 2010

Had a full service done in April around the time of the last WoF. Work done:
-New brake pads (front and rear)
-New rear tyre
-Oil and filters
-Fuel pump and tap were getting worn so replaced both.

Will find the paperwork, but also believe it had a new chain and some other minor work done.

Excellent bike with a bullet proof engine. Has been used for short and long distance trips alike, have taken it as far Gisborne from Wellington. Very economic on fuel.

Bike varies in location, between Wellington CBD and Raumati Beach, Kapiti.

Pickup is preferred.

Priced to sell. Will be sad to see it go.

You're selling it too cheaply. It's a bit of a steal at the price you're selling it for.

Serious or sarcasm?

I wouldn't say its a steal, it's a bit on the high side of a reasonable price. A good starting point :)

You'd be surprised at how much people pay for a 4 cylinder 250cc bike these days.

Yup... about the same $ we were paying for them in 1990.

Sleep is for the weak and for those without exams.

Sleep is for next week.

Cheers though, it really is a great bike. Hopefully someone with the time to use it will buy it and get the most out of it.

I sold mine for $4500 with near twice the kms and just a new coat of Satin Black paint so i think this is a bargain for the price.
