Does anyone know the cost of re-registering a bike?

I tried to get a breakdown from the person behind the counter but they didnt seem to know.

I paid $80 for brake cert, fair enough i know it was going to cost that.
Then $120ish for cert, which included wof, so ok.
Then $382 for 12 month reg, plates and change ownership. Of that $225 was the reg what was the $160 rest for??? plates and changing ownership cant cost that much.

Take the VIN number and go down to VTNZ and ask them.

mike just had his NSR250 done this morning, price breakdown is 380 plus 80 plus 150ish (reg, brake test, cert) and yeh, reg only 225 of the 380, other bits were plates/change of ownership fees etc. We are in palmy too, so can ask where he got the various bits done too if you want? what you registering, surely not the RMZ?

LOL bogan. Who do you think this is? It was the NSR going through.

I thought I was quoted about $320 but can remember. The person behind the counter was a numpty so couldnt be bother arguing but if i was over charged I will go back and get a refund.
