View Full Version : Anyone own this? (Bike fallen over)

Hey folks.

I know that its only in our fantasy that all bike riders frequent KB, but hey I thought id try...

If you own a Blue honda CB400 and park in Airedale Street in the Auckland CBD... your bikes fallen over !!! Luckily (?) a sacrificial scroter has broken the fall so its not gone right over yet.

Im loathe to pick it up in case I fack it up and make it worse but if I dont see anything happen in the next wee while I probably will.

Poor scooter. Hope Mr/Ms/Mrs CB400 has insurance.

Owner found and bike returned to Vertical (Give or take a few degrees... to allow for it being on the sidestand... but I digress)

Was that the park opposite 41-45 airedale? If so i'm glad i now park my bike under the building!

Sure was ! Ive not parked there either (although I have a regular space off the street in airedale street so am lucky).

I have my own spot at 31 airedale st....fuck parking on a st. (rego on hold,lol) Also last time some dude with vespa scratched my tail piece so iam still looking for him to tell him off :( (so its now 1:1 for Hondas and Scooters)
Also lots of people park at wilsons around the corner as its free (kind of free)

Hmmmm, tis yours the Black one ?. If so, I didnt scratch your tail piece thats for sure, but I may have drooled on it (or, to be clear, very near to it)

Yeah I got my bike scratched by unknown scooter, thats why i park out the back now.

Geez, having seen the amount of bikes (read: Rabble) out the back I would have thought it was in as much danger out the back anyway

Yep it is :)...iam sure it was accidental, i was parked kind of close to the scooter and he clipped me with hadle bar...

Yeah i heard lots of bikes got stolen out the back...but that was year or so ago.

yeah there is a sign up out back saying use your steering lock, 1 bike has already been stolen, dont lose yours!

i know who parks to me everyday so if i get scratched, I know!

Although thats out the back of 41-45, not sure what 31 is like.
