Inserting Images

I seem to be having a problem inserting images. When I click on "Insert Image" I get a Java Script message box popping up saying 'Enter the text to be formatted [IMG]xxx[IMG]'
What does this mean?
I'm running XP with the latest service packs and Firefox 1.0.4

You need to post the image on an image hosting web. I use: www.imageshack.us.

Then you insert the URL from Imageshack, or similar, for the image in between the [Img] thingies.

Alternatively use the Manage Attachments link which you'll see underneath this text box when you start or respond to a thread. :niceone:
