ACC said it was a matter of seeing if that was an effective way to operate, and Minister Nick Smith said it was about finding the most efficient way to work.
Surely it would be prudent to do the research first, not use those on ACC as guinea pigs!

Heard on radio nz news tonight 5:30 Smith was asked in Parliament today if in the light of ACCs excellent investment performance it was still necessary to open to privatisation. If I heard correctly ACCs position has improved at least 2mill. Anyone have more info?

They tried the private route last time. It failed.

IMO they can start saving $ by stopping the silly benefits ex MP's get - free flights etc. Stuff em - they got paid well while MP's and if on a MP pension are still getting paid well and can afford their own flights etc.

No it didn't fail but Labour changed it simply due to political expediency! :wacko:

I don't disagree with Nationals preferred direction but I do object to Nick Smiths duplicitous methods!

I will support those who want to return to the original "Woodhouse" version of ACC welfare!

It worked, all other Labour/National driven derivatives and political tinkering have failed! :mad:
