what happens when you try and start the bike? Do all the lights on the dash light up? Does it try and engage? Is the bike in neutral? Have you checked that the kill switch is not turned on? Is the petrol on? Is there petrol in it?

Maybe it is solar powered, and wont go after the sun goes down.
