I think i did??? But cant remember where... Basic run down: Went for a nice cruise with Posh Tourer and Milky. Nothing fast just a cruise.. about 5 km's into the gorge, entered a corner and "BANG" Bike was on its side. It then hit a 100mmx100mm post and snapped it clean off with the tank and subframe. It then hit the bank and did a few cartwheels for good measure... Damage was about 10 grands worth OEM, and ive spent about 5 grand so far...
Reason for lowside??? Dont know exactly, there was a weird looking substance on the road (looked a bit like a thin trail of desiel) I didnt roll off the tyre as it was entering the corner, not in the corner...
Lesson learned, get my full licence because shit can happen...

Ok heres the plan.
So you dont get tempted to ride it like last time, I will force it upon my self to come and bring your bike back to my garage for safe keeping untill such time as you are allowed to ride it. Because things can get awkward I have written a legal contract for your perusal
Below is outlined how this will work:
1. I will only ever use it to warm it up and check that the tyres are not going off
2. To check that the fuel doesnt go stale.
3. To keep the battery charged.
In order to stop the tyres from going hard it will be necassary from time to time as required to "warm" them and keep them supple, this may mean that the bike may be leaned over at different speeds to ensure the whole tyre is warmed.. not just the centre.
To ensure full oil circulation and correct operating temperatures are reached the bike may have to be ridden considerable distances from time to time as seen necassary by me.
You may access the motorcycle by appointment, for upgrades, repairs and to fit new bling as required.
You will be given one weeks written notice by text when the tyres are due to be changed and when the services are due.
I may at my discretion allow you to take the motorcycle for a period of up to but not exceeding two hours round trip for the purposes of getting new tyres, chain/sprockets and the like.
The motorcycle may not be ridden by you for any other purposes than outlined. No arguement will be heard forthwith.
On some occasions a family member or freind of mine may use the motorcycle for testing purposes to see how it compares to a TL1000R for example.
Sign below and send back to me by the First day of June in the Year 2005 .
Sign>>.................
LMAO!!! Legeond contract mate!!! but it will be void when i get my full licence at the end of June... however you know you will get your thrash on it...
