Its time to upgrade to compete in the new 600 STOCK PRODUCTION class this year so ‘Chisel’
This bike has been cared for by me from 3500km (one race season), oil and filter changed after every race with semi synthetic ELF Oil (sponsored so it was done religiously). I have had the top end opened by my mechanic and the valve clearances checked. The engine has been dyno tuned by dynoworx.co.nz and is quoted by them as “a strong” engine (charts available). Late last year I replaced the gearbox with a new one (800km old) as was having issues with the old one missing gears which fixed the problem. This is a ‘race package’ rather than just a race bike as I am selling all my spares in this auction too. It comes with x2 sets of rims which is handy to have so you don’t need to change tires at the track just have them set up on the spare rims. One of the rim sets is a gold set of super light wheels by CARROZZERIA. These are amazing to ride on and make this bike fast…very fast! This bike gained a 2nd place in the 2010 Bike Rider Magazine Summer Series Championship in F1 (against 1000cc machines) and has the track record for F2 on the short ‘track 2’ at Taupo. It comes with the complete road going gear as well. If you are looking at getting into racing this is the perfect option as you can learn in Clubman’s and move up into F2 when you are ready and already have a very competitive bike. Alternatively this is an ideal package to be competitive in F2 now.

Hey Marcus, any suspension mods or shock that come with the package? (Sorry I'm not a buyer but thought someone would like to know)

Hey Marcus, any suspension mods or shock that come with the package? (Sorry I'm not a buyer but thought someone would like to know) It all depends on the dollars offered as to what is included. I currently have a PENSKE rear unit in the bike but I ideally want to keep it for the new bike...but as they say, money talks!

Not that I am a buyer but thought for your interest the rules I read for the new Stock 600 class is the rear shock must be stock but can change the springs etc

Right, all the race bling has been sold which means there is only the bike left in road going trim (black fairings). I am selling this for $7.5k which is cheap! This is a 2007 ZX6R with 16k on the clock (approx 6k racing). I have changed oil after every race meeting and had the valve clearances done just before the SI rounds of the Nationals this year (6 months ago).

I am selling VERY cheap to turn it to cash as I have my new bike ready to collect but I need $7.5k to make the transaction work. My loss is your gain! Act now because it is not yet listed on Trademe but if it doesn't sell by the end of this weekend I will be listing it on there at start $8k no reserve. It will be snatched up pretty quick at this price ($2k cheaper than anything else like it!)

PM me now!
