EXC450 or EXC300

Do both of these run the same frame and suspension etc??
After pros and cons of both other than the fact ones 2T and ones 4T

theres a reveiw with both in a recent adb think there pick was the 300 same go but lighter...
just checked the mag they where compareign the 530 and the 300
