I'd like to hear your ideas on how to pimp my ride. Anything from cosmetic to performance mods.

Chrome, yeah, definitely chrome. Chrome everything.

Ooh ooh and a heated seat, yeah, definitely a heated seat.
And some of them blingy things, and some spinners.

And lots of neons, yeah definitely neons. You can't really go wrong with lotsa neons. And LEDs.
And fur. Or furry carpet.

Power commander and tha set..how does this work? Doesn't this control the air fuel mixture hence power output?

Which means you need a fuel injected engine? Me bike is carburated.

Well, then it's obvious!

You need to get your bike injected!

I'd start with the basics, like measles, rubella, chickenpox, distemper, rabies....

And don't stop at just getting bling for the bike, get the gear as well!

You have all overlooked the most obvious thing

Lowering; take the springs out of the forks & remove the spring from the rear shock to make sure there is almost zero suspension movement

You can then make impressive sparks as your bike drags its pegs, muffler etc every time you lean a few degrees

Please please please tell me that pic is a photoshop job

I'd hate to think you'd come back to find some bloke in a panda suit on top of your bike "yiffing".... :killingme

(Thanks to CSI for more insight into the world of plushies and furries than I ever wanted...)

there is an international kawasaki site called kawiforums or something, very good.best mod you can make is lower the front sprocket by 1 tooth, cost f all as well, but your speedo will be out[try a cateye cycle computer $40]and works a treat.jet kits r cheap but dyno time isnt[$100/hour,min 2/3 hours]double bubble screens r cheap too and work well, try ebay.good luck. :niceone:

Dynojet make jet kits for carbied bikes. Which is what they were doing before they got onto PCs. Clicky click here (http://www.dynojet.com/pdf/2188.pdf) That would go in tandem with an aftermarket can nicely. I think Red Baron has an exotic Akrapovic carbon can...

Other mods (not sure what you've done so far):
Grippy road/track oriented tyres (for when we get a dry day :wait: ) - use search on this site to find entire threads dedicated to tyres. A quick summary of them all would probably turn up Pirelli Diablo/Metzeler M1, and whatever the new Roadtec equivalent is/Bridgestone BT-012/BT-014 amongst the top KB rated
Flush mount indicators
Fender eliminator
Crash bungs/swingarm spools
Double bubble screen

BTW, welcome and go the Kwaka! - another Ninja in our midst :raghead:

Or you could just buy one of these 2005 ZX-6Rs which seem to be a bit popular around these parts:

I would suggest a missle shaped balloon filled with helium.

When you ride, looks like a misslle chasing you, so 'you are riding to avoid it'. Although that fur may slow ya down a tad. Hope youget a matching jacket.

After watching the program, it seems the basic requirement is some speakers belonging to some crap brand, and a few hundred dollar LCD touch screens. :)

you guys are forgeting the big thing.

Carbon fibre.

Spend your kids college money on a full C/F fairing kit, seat unit, get an engineer to hollow out all the engine bolts, buy a full pink and white leather suit with big kneesliders and buy some bald tyres cause they are like slicks.

After all of this you wont be able to afford riding lessons and that gym membership will have to be canned but at least you will go faster than Carl Fogarty.

Oh, and you where standing still.

if you get a jet kit get the 'factory' jet kit, supposed to b better than the dynojet for zx6rs anyway.
