:wait:
Have the new sprint st downstairs, my boots on and just waiting for the call to say the weather has broken out west and we'll do the KR test photo shoot.
The Co-pilot is on standby cause I'd like some 2-up shots as well - You rarely see that in magazines and heaps of us carry passengers regularly.
Don't want to start any other jobs cause the phone could ring any minute.
So I'll read some KB

Yes - I agree - they are quite weird aren't they,
Mind you - that and the way the mirrors flap about a bit at high speed are the only things I can really fault with it - everything else is way smooth.
ahhh just had the call while typing - it's off - hailing again. Try again for the morning.
Back to work. New RK chain advert and vespa brochures.

I guess they would be easily replaced. There should be aftermarket parts for it coming out soon
Those lights are a damned shame
I like the lights. I presume the triple light system overcomes the "only one light on when on dip" look that a lot of the current dual headlight bikes have?
If I could justify the money, I'd have one tomorrow! :niceone:

Is that the one that was in AMPS?
I was in there the other day with the wife, and I was sure she was going to suggest I buy it; she was making all the right noises. I really liked the pipes (are they the aftermarket s/steel ones? The ones on Triumph's website aren't slashcut like that...) - much better looking than the VFR800 VTEC ones...
Anyway, no such luck; she was obviously having a rest from being the PodPerson ImposterWifeWhoLikesBikes'n'Stuff.
If I had a sharp pointy stick a few hundred K's long right now I'd poke you in the eye Big D for teasing us - again.
I've an idea - it's nice and shiny here, so I'll just pop around and borrow the Sprint and Ms Biff and I can do you some nice shots. I'm nice like that.

Sure - anyone who would do that to tinkerbell is all right with me.
But i'll probably just go for a quick ride on it myself before the traffic starts atchally - work later.
And then it started hailing again - boots off. vespas, sigh.....

i've told you five hundred billion times not to exaggerate.
I thought 250. I used to worry about that - dwarfing the bikes, but wtf - i'm comfortable on it and there's lots bigger blokes than me out there.

Not wrong mate. Doesn't look that silly at all.
You actually look like a bit of a mean bastard on it. A bit "tuff" if ya knows what I means.....
Fucken cool bike, wish I could get a ride on one before I'm out of here.

Can't help on the woman - mine bought me my t'bird - as described in other media commitments :tugger: - but yeah is the one that was at amps. I believe it is as standard as they come - if fact - there is such demand for them that they are hard to get standard - worldwide.
Apparently they are taking orders on the next shipment which have ABS.
take your girl for a test ride - my mrs loves it. has suggested we should buy one, but i'm more comfortable with my Trophy and the fact that i paid it off last week.

Yes mate, and so do I - but Geoff Osborne's beautiful Cannon cameras aren't exactly partial to it. Grey day photos also sometimes print quite flat.

I like it. Have read some good reviews for it. VFR contender ?:D and (at least in the uk) has a really good warranty histroy service which keeps a log of all parts purchased for any particular chassis serial number. This helps give the bike low depreciation so they retain resale value quite well. Seems like a good idea to me, knowing an accurate history of a second hand bike is a good thing.

Last few days there has been a beak in the weather. Only problem is that I've been on nights and been asleep. Oh well, moto GP2 arrives tomorrow and hopefully that will help with the withdrawls.... :ride:
