Going to wellington for 4 days thursday through to sunday next week.
Partners got work to do and ill be buggered if im staying in the hotel each day.
Bringing the car down so I can bring my golf clubs for a round of golf at perhaps berhampore. But what else can I do? I used to live in wellington when i was younger and ive done te papa a few times in the last couple of years.
Of course ill go to a couple of bike shops for a browse, that might help kill one of the days.
What else does wellington have to offer these days?
Cheers guys

Catch a movie during the day at the Embassy theatre, I believe the NZ Film Festival is on..... can't think of a better place in Welly to watch movies.
Aside from that I don't know, wander through town and soak up the culture and have a coffee?

Not when your handicap is probably just over 20.. And why pay an extra $50 to lose more balls and swear more often?

Thats a green fee players price on Fridays mate...and it's a gorgeous course. First hole is a bit daunting though. Gotta slam one 150m on the fly from one side of the Hutt River to the other!

You're right. Wellington's got nothing on Pataruru. Except a much larger gene pool.

Im sure my mum/auntie/cousin would disagree. Leaving Putaruru is always good too, as it is never far to somewhere better.

You'll only have to fill in half the time, the other half will be consumed looking for a carpark each day.
