Auckland motorway southern ( 2nd august) .If you were the biker who almost got taken out by a truck, I dont blame you for pulling over and having a heart attack!.The truck was following said bike who was in the left lane, truck pulls out to pass but stays level with bike, truck then pulls left missing bike by about 1/2 metre at most! good reactions from biker though.
Thing is the truck must have known bike was there, it looked deliberate to me.I didnt get the plate as it was covered in mud,(ended in 914 or could be an 814) but was a high side tipper, yellow cab, bit beaten up, no company name, think it was a Volvo, it took the Dury exit (must have been going to the stevensons quarry).Keep an eye out for it, I suspect its working the motorway roadworks, you could be its next victim:angry:
