So next to my usual parking space is parked this monstrosity of a ute! Looks how it dwarfs my KB Mobile! A Dodge Ram something_or_other. It's utterly enormous in person, but I captured some of the size on my phone. Almost has it's own gravitational pull!
Had a mean exhaust on it too. :devil2:
Funny though, saw "Directory of NZ's Petrol Stations, and how to get to them" on the front passenger seat!
PS: Not a speck of mud on it anywhere. Looks like a shopping vehicle and pick your kids up from school sort of thing :weird:

i was in the sates when ford's "F" Series utes came out, there was the
150.... this looked like a big ute for the girls/teenagers
250... looked like the single guy/trades man
350.... this was for the serouse farm worker that needed plenty of grunt.
now the 250/350 were massive utes, you could put nearly any jap car in the tray!!!..
but they were nothing compaired to the
450 !!
this was capable of moving a bus around in the deck.... and i saw this monster just outside of a small town in mexico!!! this thing probably cost the same as the income of the entire town! ( there were around 20thousand people):weird:
what use was it there?????

Looks like a guy with a very small dick parked next to a hairdresser.....

Every rednecks dream. Does it have a big chrome catte guard on the front?
Had another ook, no it doesn't have one. Needs all the stuff metioned before aswell as the cattle guard to be perfect.:niceone:

There was a huge mother of a ute out at the riverbank a couple of weeks back. Don't know what it was but it had monster truck wheels on it! The only decent 4-wheeled thing I've seen out there since the car with the cardboard spoiler and body kit.

I dont get Americans and their big trucks, and HUGE engines to run them. But i find it even harder to understand someone in NZ who buys an american truck since WE have to pay so much more for patrol, and thouse things are so fuken thirsty

Make that Face to 2(Face) as I'll be there too, supporting the little mx5!
As you can see, 2(face) / face = face, which is what you'll be on if you keep up that talk XTC  :niceone: :ride: [pt]

yeah attention seekers, or gangsters :oi-grr:
either way the humma is far too big and unpractical, they had a test for h2 on top gear ages ago and the thing was doing a mile to a gallon under acceleration  and it still wasnt going anywhere.
it is ok for advertising tho, like the red bull one that come to uni everynow and then, the back pops open and theres speakers and turn tables etc... has a ps2 in it too i think. :niceone: :niceone: :niceone:

Ignore the H2 and H3, those are just for those that want name. Now the H1, thats nice. Top Gear tested it too, and Jeremy was busy driving it down some tiny english street and ended up having to reverse back up coz he couldn't get down it. All the other cars behind him had to reverse as well.
F150/Ram 1500 is worthless in my opinion. F250/Ram 2500 is really nice, but double cab.
F350/Ram 3500 I believe needs an additional license to drive it. Mostly used by forestry etc. And I have never heard of 450... love to see a pic.
Of course they have their use. You can pop your bikes on the back for track days (assuming for some reason you aren't riding it there). I can easily see my garage holding a 250/2500 and a sportsbike. Save fuel on the bike, then use it for the ute.
I think the Suburban also comes in a 7.2L V8. I once liked them too...

The better halves father has a couple of Chev trucks, He's a builder. One of them is the 6.7ltr diesel turbo, on the open road it's slightly more economic than my Forester turbo.

The hummer is great, what for I just dont know.....the reason the US army has them is just so they dont have to walk they have to take over oil rich nations to feed them. Great motivation for the troops. Voted by countless 4wd critics as one of the worst 4wds ever made. I have been in a few US army ones. I just couldnt see the point as they have no room inside yet are so huge. They need so much power just to pull their fat asses around.
American trucks make sence in the US, but they are loosing market share to the toyotas and nissans. But here? They are a penile extention.
