Plans to build a motorcycle track in Coppull Moor near Chorley, Lancashire to give youths somewhere to ride legally have been scrapped, following receipt of more than 1,000 signatures on petitions and letters of objections by Chorley Borough Council.
A working group, which includes the police and motorcycle enthusiasts, is continuing the search for an alternative location.
