Hi there,

Knows any body a company in AKL or better on the Shore who can make a number plate - it’s for a bike – need one with different measurements as the standard one (smaller)
Thanks
Kiwi

:yeah:Don't come with - it's not legal

You'll need to get a plate of some sort made first (2 or 3mm aluminium sheet??)

By the way - I don't think it's legal. :Pokey:

Is it not? Legal, I mean.
I have seen vehicles with non-standard plates, but usually they are sportscars with a standard back plate and smaller/bendier/painted on front plate.

Can't you just cut the rego plate smaller, or is it one of those older ones?
I had one of them on my VFR750, and it was HUGE, and I wanted a tidier tial on the bike (cut the mudguard, etc.) so it was lucky when it fell off one day :shifty:
$8 for a new smaller one.

What?

Send me a PM.. I have the man for you... and he rides bikes!!! They all do at that place actually.

I had a plate done by them.. its on a reflective backround an all.
You shouldnt have any probs with the legality unless you really piss off the cops.
Do you think he knows that it's not really legal?????

Now are you all sure you realise that making your own plate may not be legal??
