Perhaps the thread title could change then to something more approprate - perhas along the lines of 'post up crash pics' the YOUR is a bit misleading....just wondering too whether all those 'crashers' will be happy to have had THEIR crashes posted up on their behalf?
Aaaa I see you have commented on the thread title yourself after changing the post I've quoted...was that a bucket crash that put you out for 2 years? FECK that must've been a bloody nasty one!

Just a few pics of crashes I have had. The first photo is when I was taken out at my 3rd weekend of buckets and took a slide along my stomach. There is footage of it too. Second photo is when Andrew took me out at Slipway when I was still very new to buckets. Happened soon after the first photo. He was passing me around the outside and clipped my handle bar. The bike dragged me down the track by my foot. The last photo is a crash I had 2 weeks before the Easter Weekend at Kaitoke this year. Bent the hell out of forks and axle. I have only very recently started getting some feeling back in my left knee but it hasn't caused any issues other than being numb.

To be really brutally honest I think I have lost the bucket buzz almost completely now. It's probably fair to say that the nasty head smack I got up at Kaitoke during the enduro hasn't helped my mojo either...I just don't bounce like I used to!!
I'm happy to leave it to the man (when he gets interested again) it's more his passion anyway and with both of us doing it there ain't much time or energy (or money for that matter) to parent and do boring adult life stuff. I'll just stick to my big girls bike for now and I doubt I'll be asked to team up with anyone on their ride again

Ha nah nah don't apologize. You already did that heaps after it happened. It's part of racing anyway, I'm sure it wont be the last time!

It's a shame that Hels and Sully didn't have a camera the day I crashed at their feet on the dummy grid (oh such a shame........ NOT!) Or the day Pammy tried to get away from me in the pits and tried to drag me into the gorse...... or the day some tard on a tard backed his bike into my front wheel..... there are photos of me lying on the track at Taupo and then being carted off in the ambo.... but meh, that wasn't actually very funny.

Yeah, I have to say I didn't much like the come down effects of morphine, and didn't even bother filling the script for codine, didn't fancy the constipation! :D

Certainly don't bounce like I used to.......... Gingers my hero and he was 74 at the last TRRS and is still peddling near the front and even winning one or two, and Len was 96 when he had his last competitive ride, so I am still a young-un, if I keep practising I might even get good at it, its just track time you know.........:D

Now there's a classic example of why you should hold your line when someone bins in front of ya. Have a look at the fxr almost hit the rider/bike, because they stood their bike up. Cool vid!
