Boy wonder is starting to find consistency? Pulled a bloody ripper of a lap out to get pole, times very tight back to and including Spies.

He certainly seems to be firing right now. Ol George is going to have his work cut out for him to regain the dominance he's previously shown this season

Yes indeedy, although I still think someone that tiny should have to carry lead 'round in his boots or something just to make it a bit fairer....

Annoyingly Moto GP and Superbikes are on at pretty much the same time tonight but as I usually skip over the 125's and Moto 2 classes it'll work out ok for me.

Prediction for tonight:
1. Lorenzo.
2. Pedrosa.
3. Spies.
4. Stoner.
5. Rossi.

Yeah I didn't catch most of the GP, only the last 3-4 laps. The commentators were mumbling something chronic and I couldn't make out who they were talking about.
Didn't watch Moto 2 so I didn't see what happened, sad to hear someone lost their life.

RIP.

Ditto.

Saw it on the news this morning.

I also feel sorry for the guys who ran into him. They must be feeling terrible.

Tomizawa, who rides for Technomag-CIP, was travelling at full speed when he was hit by the bikes of Alex De Angelis and Scott Redding

Just seen the Youtube video of the graphic slow motion detail of his death.

I thought it was going to be a tribute.

I'm sorry I watched it.

Some more respect should be afforded to those whom have lost their lives.

It was disappointing but not surprising that TVNZ showed the accident this morning on Breakfast even though it was known that Tomizawa had basically been killed in it.

They hadn't even bothered to get the name of the race class right but at least they got to show the carnage eh. Very disrespectful.

Not bad at all

Boy Honda's really starting to kick some arse... next year...

Humiliation for Ducati.

Simoncelli quick for a while. Bautista again impressive. Crap start for Spies, which is very unusual, and that was that.

What can you expect from a TV channel stupid enough to have Paul whatshisface as host. He is a complete dick - no redeeming social value whatsoever

Poor boy......I am happy that I wasn't watching it last night because I had to get up early.

I was sent a video of a guy who was killed in BSB - I think (and watched unknowingly - I was pretty fucking mad that someone would send it to me) and it was so awful, you can just tell they have died. I know that Tomizawa didn't die straight away but I still don't want to see it.

Go Spies working his way up from a shocking start
Bautista was riding well....

Stoner....well lets just hope the Honda helps him

Pedrosa - classic pedrosa win out the front

The two Italians got there asses kicked at their home round but two Spaniards ahha

Asses kicked might be a bit strong but for sure it's not where they wanted to be.

Seams the locals are not big fans of Hor Hay, booing him on the podium.

I don't see much of him but every time I do catch a minute or two he strikes me as a self righteous pillock.

Dani riding well. Very impressive on a beast of a machine. I am more and more a fan of him.
Jorge - well he can ride - like Stoner - but we don't have to personally like him do we.
Shoya - a tragedy.

Paul Henry?! What has this got to do with anything?! (But from my point of view the only TV personality - with some...)

Another pretty meh race.

Seems that "Pedrosa" is just "boring" with an extra syllable.

He is one rider that I truly cannot stand watching race.

Can't fault his attitude on the track and he fills that essential role of the rider 'everyone loves to hate'.

To be honest though, Tomizawa's accident aside, I wish they had canned the motogp race so I could have gone to bed earlier - that was some boring shite.
