I got given one like this, just got it going, seems to go ok, the tynes are in good condition,
Would anyone have an owners manual for it? it seems there are different attatchments able to be used for different tasks, who knows about these?

That's exactly the same as my one - who gave it to you? I better check that mine is still in my daughter's shed.No attachments for them, although I have a plough that goes on that rear bracket, also a straight bar, used to set the depth of cut.I had different tines for mine too once - 3 rows of 2's,or 2 rows of 3's...I think I use the latter as they have more bite.No manual, they are pretty basic...although the Tecumseh engine is a nasty piece of work, but better than a B&S.I've never had mine apart, but play with the carb a fair bit.Keep an eye on the chaincase oil level (EP90),they leak out the bottom seals.I've replaced mine, but the shafts get knackered and they still leak.
I've got a raised no dig garden now,so haven't used mine for several years.

is your daughter really old and lives in spring creek? I saw one with the plow attachment on once and wheels where the tynes were. I have a manual for the tecumseh motor, what a hassle all those governer linkages and springs are., well I got it going for about 1/2 hour after weeks of fiddling although it wont idle, then it let out a big string of backfires and conked out, I suspect the corolla condenser I fitted to be at fault, so back in the shed for a hiding.
I got a fair bit of the garden done though, would it work better if I sharpened the tynes?
I can see the whole back yard being tilled up if I am not careful
