Hi all,
I'm thinking about doing a trip around the South Island (and maybe North too) in late summer/early autumn next year. Keen to take my girlfriend with me, and she (semi-jokingly) suggested that it could be fun doing a bike/sidecar trip. It sounds pretty awesome to me.
Has anyone ever rented a bike & sidecar? Is it even possible, and if it is, would it be prohibitively expensive? I guess the alternative would be to find one on TradeMe, buy it and then sell it after the trip, but that could end up being a money trap too.
Any suggestions?
