What was it like, and what do you think it will be like this weekend for the enduro?
Im in 2 minds about whether or not to go, its a ~3 hour drive each way, and if it turns out to be unrideable and gets canned it will be a waste of a day and $100. On the other hand I could just go to the WMCC ride which will be rideable and good fun no matter what the weather does.
Throw into the mix that this will be mine and dads second ride since getting back on the bikes, him 6 months, and me 3 months.
So it really boils down to, will it be a complete shit fest at tar hill or not?

I live 10 minutes away, but I have never ridden it offroad. We have had a shitload of rain though! I will check with a mate who has ridden it and see what he reckons.

Sear Clarke is setting it up, word is when he sets up an event it'll be gnarly. I wouldn't recommend it for your first ride back :P Plus the weather will be rubbish im assuming.

Being your second ride, I'd be going to WMCC. You don't want to put your injuries back a few weeks by going to something thats going to push you too far. Just ride for fun for the next few weeks i'd say.

LOL
I think I made a good decision not to go to tar hill, in the intermediate class, out of 39 starters, 10 finished, and the winner lost 7 minutes of time, 10th place lost 51 minutes....
In the Expert class, out of 21 starters, only 9 finished, and Rory Mead was the only rider not to loose time, out of everyone.
:spanking:
Oh, and I finished my first enduro season 8th in class, out of 34 :bleh:
