Can someone down there please confirm details (yeah, you probably have in the other thread about the NI series).
Practice 3-5 Saturday (karts are there beforehand).
Sunday 9-3 (dependent) practice/racing?? (it does mean that we get back to Auckland on Sunday, so only one night accommodation)
Day licences available?
Fee $30
Entry on day (some people thought it might be pre-entry).
A grade
B grade
Can't remember if you run F5 separately?
You will be pleased to know that it sounds like there should be quite a few other Aucklanders heading down for this.
I guess they got sick of hearing about how much fun we all had at the other rounds, and have decided to check it out as well :)
The other questions asked were where to stay, and where the hell is it? We've given them a general idea.
Napier and Hastings are both not far away, so find something to suit your budget for accommodation, but it was mentioned it's school holidays (pay to pre-book accommodation).

Cheers Grant. I did realise there was another thread (somewhere) but thought with the amount of guys asking about it all yesterday that I'd start another thread.
Have updated original post to reflect confirmed fees.
Henk and I will be staying at Hastings Top 10, and have a full house (5 of us), and gather others will be there too, so we can hook up for beer/wine/maybe even food :)

Dutchee, out of interest how many said they were 100% coming down apart from the 5?

Tim (definite).
Damien, Colin, Rick, Warwick (not 100% certain, but all keen, working on other halves).
This is just the ones that we spoke to or were asked questions by.
The 5 of us coming down are definites, 2 A grades, 1 F5 or B grade and 2 B grades (but the male B grade might get booted out soon).
Actually, looking at that, it's mainly A grade looking at coming down (just one guy and a couple of us females riding B grade).
I'm not sure if the others are definites or really hopeful they'll be allowed (hence them asking about entry on day or pre-entering).

Weather has been mint lately and forcast is for mint weather. If I didnt have my trail ride at the kawekas I'd come out for a look. Roys Hill is closer to Hastings then Napier. but only 26km to Napier from Roys hill maybe a bit more.

Don't worry mate, on buckets slicks are better anyway unless there is HEAPS of water.
We get to test that one out a fair but down our way...

I'd really like to see you test that theory up here. Looks like the weather is going to be great though.
