there are some very fit people that weigh 220kgs, like firemen... shame they couldn't get her out, must be pretty horrific for the firefighters and the girls family.

Someone had to go to the kitchen, or the door for the takeway deliveries. They're the people to blame as suggested above.

Tragic! I feel for the firefighters,who were unable to get her out.
