I want to go to Germany! Does anyone here know if I'm entitled to German citizenship seeing my old man is a German citizen?

Dear Smokeu,

I am an Austrian citizen (still live there) and previously lived 3 years in Germany.

Going by your on line signature (containing "harkencreuz" ( you may refer to as a Swastika - itself not a German word, it is actually Sanscrit)

It's usage in Germany and Austria is strictly forbidden save a few exceptions under

STRAFGESETZBUCH 86a

Perhaps you could find an English translation on Wikipedia...... I am sure it is there.

If your Father indeed a German national, I am sure he made you aware of this.

If you have some sort of neothandalistic idea that you can come to The October fest, drink a few Maß and display a harkencreutz or 2 the you are some what what ,mistaken..... You could only expect to spend some time in a prison........ (after every single bystander dealt you a hiding.)

Look me up when you get here.... I live just an hour away from Münchin.

Mit ein herzlich gruß
