like the title says, is it real or is it a movie prop? ive never seen anything like it?

Yeah, it's for real - the Russians experimented with a whole bunch of weird stuff like this. This isn't a plane as such but a boat that uses ground effect principles

Search the web long enough and you'll find all kind of weird Russian stuff from the Cold War era as most of the files are becoming open to the public now, there's also some weird stuff the Germans were working on toward the end of WW2. Then there's all the weird commercial stuff we don't see here, for instance the Airbus Beluga which was developed to fly Airbus components between their various factories:
