My tail light has moisture and a rust colouring inside of it. Is there any way of opening it up so I can clean it out? The screws seem to be on the inside, I can't work it out.
Cheers,
Reido

Quite a lot of lighty bits are plastic welded together nowdays....Ive heard of popping them in the oven (R6 net has a how to do to swop headlight lens's)....maybe a hot air gun'll do the trick?

Do you know the brand? (Probably Clear Alternatives or Custom Dynamics I'm guessing)There might be some info on the manufacturers website.
Some of those are sealed units, so might pay to post a pic, if it is sealed sometimes you can carefully cut them open and then glue back together.

I've cut a Clear Alternatives tail-light open with a stanley knife. Once you work the blade between the two surfaces, it becomes easier and gluing back together is no problem.

Of course it only took about 20 minutes to fuck out again:brick::crybaby:
