Hi All
The bast***s broke in to my garage last night and stole all mine, my wife’s and my sons riding gear. Lost 2 sets race leathers, four sets Gortex touring jackets and pants, 3 helmets, four pairs boots.
One set of leathers is quite distinctive, custom Quasimoto suit in blue/white with Suzuki logos and WBP Racing on the back. The other one is GPStars suit in Red/Black.
One set boots are XPD GP-5s in black/red, hardly used. These were brought in Italy, so I’m not sure if this model is available here. Two helmets are Shark RSI ACID (one in black and one in blue colour scheme).
Will post a photo of the Quasimoto leathers, and boots. If you see them for anywhere please drop me a PM.

Just a suggestion, post up some pictures of the leathers, may hopefully trigger a thought through summer riding if anyone sees the gear. [Did you have any unique identifying marks, I am aware of use of soldering iron to burn in identification marks inside leathers. No need to reply of course about that aspect.]

Just out of interest, is your gear insured under your bike insurance or you house and contents?
It's bullshit that people think they have more right to your stuff than you do. I hope they catch the bastards, then hang, draw and quarter them.

Yes, we have upgraded our security as a result. Yeah. I know the horse has already bolted, but we have been told to expect them back to collect the new replacement gear. A you say, dodgy bastards.

Bike and house/contents are with the same company. The riding gear has been classified as being under house and contents. Still to get confirmation for the insurance company but suspect it will be heavily depreciated. It has been a learning experience. Keep your receipts and take photos/inventory of your stuff.

I can stitch razor blades into the inside leg seam if you want ? that should fix them up nicely

That is a dirty rotten bloody thing to steal. Seriously.
At least it's effin' distinctive. Hopefully someone spots 'em... my eyes are peeled.
