Who can make frame sliders/crash knobs?

Does anyone know who can custom make frame sliders?
I have a sample from one side and would like to make an identical or near identical to fit the other side.

Name of shop or individuals would be helpful . Thanks..

If you have access to a engineers lathe make them.....will cost you bugger all I made axle sliders for the daytona cost $32
