View Full Version : any good jobbing shops out there?
Does anyone know of a good jobbing shop?
I need a 40mm spacer made up between the fan & water pump on my ute.
it needs to accommodate 4 bolts & a locating nipple for the fan so will probably need to be machined from a billet core made of some light alloy.
who does this stuff? basically the same concept as found on older car's water pump they have that alloy spacer thing behind the fan.

Since you are in Hunua, Papakura Engineering could do it. If I was actually at home more often, I would do it for you for beer.

thanks geoff, I'll check them out. it saves me running round wreckers yards trying to match a holden/ford one up against a toyota. the chances of finding a match will probably be next to none...
