Anyone recognise this caliper?

It's honda of some description, on a custom made in 1981 will narrow it down a bit...

Total guess at CB750, early vintage.

I'd say it's off a CB400/250T

Could poss be CB650/4 . Ribs on the body tell me a slightly showy bike so maybe 650 custom.

More than likely a CB650C. The Folk over at http://www.sohc4.net/ should be able to varify that.
Here's scan from the 400 Haynes manual, quite similar.
