So how are you going to block

Legs make good blocks. But regardless a block and jab/back fist works fine.

But not to worry. Punching bags don't punch back.

I got mine from the sports shop at the corner of St Asaph and Fitzgerald. not sure what its called. The brand is "Alitra" with a logo style same shape as Madison or Everlast. Perfectly OK for home use. 50kg for ~$140 or so? I cant remember exactly and I bought some gloves as well.

I got a discount because of the boxerfit thing (which I recommend) www.boxerfit.co.nz

checkout gymezz on colombo st (or is it manchester?)

i gave up looking for a 2nd hand one and they had some good 6ft kickboxing ones - paid 180 i think and almost got it all back when i sold it. not sure how much the smaller boxing ones were

they hold there value well and it was quite hard to find a decent 2nd hand when i was looking

Yeah they are on Manchester now, Sportzone's old site. I'll pop in and see Vaughan.
