This accident could have either been the most gruesome thing we've ever seen, or the most spectacularly awesome. Luckily for both us and one incredibly agile biker, it was the latter. Getting hit by a car never looked so good.

This gent is either some sort of unbelievable acrobat, or just dumb lucky. Either way, he managed to get blindsided by a car while on his puny bike and cartwheel gracefully to his feet. Did it even hurt? Did he even notice? A ninja never tells.

3) Why was a ninja wearing yellow? Was that his attempt at high-vis? Wouldn't that go against a ninja's training to remain hidden? Would the contradiction make his brain explode?

That's pretty awesome. Ninjas are Japanese though, and this is Chinese. I suggest he is a kung fu master in training. Hence the bright colours.

there is actually no proof that he landed on his feet as that part all conveniently happens out of the frame. It looks like he could have but his ninja body was flying pretty fast, good chance he kept going and face planted

Yes but a real ninja wouldn't have been caught. Maybe it was Chuck Norris.

Even if he tucked and rolled he was back in frame pretty damn fast

Nah Chuck Norris would have needed more than one take:yes:

Whether he landed on his feet or not I don't think he is a real Ninja... he needs an eye test the truck was big enough. I gotta ask though, there are other vids on there as well... Do the Chinese have no give way rules? it is just get through the junction as fast as you can to reduce the time you are in danger?

It was a stunt double (Part of the anti-ATGATT squad I believe).

Correct, at least in Beijing. There're traffic lights, where there are no traffic lights, it's do what you can to make others get out of your way. This means buses and trunks have advantages.

....lost my T250 on the Governors bay road when I was 15...had to duck under a hook swinging off an old V8 tow truck as it swung too fast round a bend...grazed my helmet....bike just fucked off over the bank , leaving me sitting on my brand new plastic/ rubber sport shoe....no fucking trainers and bullshit then...i didnt manage to do this ...it just happened....i fucked off at 50 or 60 mph down the middle of the road ...on my one foot , under my arse....came to a speed where i thought i could stop now....fell off my shoe onto my new levis and tore about a 1/4 inch of the pocket stitching....whereas my new Suzuki way down the bank looked lonely and old....and guess what...i got the message for being a dumb little temporary NZer, by these hairy arsed old cunts , who drove off with the hook still swinging free...nothing has changed....

A biker in China survived a potentially horrific accident, by being flipped 360 degrees through the air and landing on his feet!

The biker was riding across a busy junction when he collided with the truck. Somehow, he was spun through the air, completing a full rotation and coming down feet first. He then went back and checked the wrecked machine.

Police say the motorcycle was unregistered and that the biker had left the scene before they arrived.

Footage of the amazingly lucky escape is at:

How can I say this? I know

I DON'T CARE

That'll do it.

So it turned up in another one of the 45 different forums. Oh dear. What a shame. Does it really matter? I seriously don't understand the "Repost Nazi" attitude from some people on this site. It was an interesting news item. So I reported it. I don't have time to check 45 other forums, just in case someone else spotted the same thing.

You can merge threads, so do so or ask the relevent mod to do so, if it upsets you so much.

Sigh.

NB. Your link doesn't work, btw.

Oddly enough, searching for news is something I do for a living. One of my part-time jobs involves sourcing intreresting news. You guys get the spin-off from that.

So I was working. Far better employed than trawling forums to see if someone posted something twice, I would venture...:bash:

Boo Hoo. You're redundant then.

Seriously, what is your problem? How am I redundant? My employer PAYS me to find news items that are pertinent to what they do. KB gets a free spin-off from that, when I find items I think you might like to see.

So someone else spotting the same item - and posting it in a different forum - doesn't stop me getting paid, does it?

At least what I'm doing hopefully provides something useful and interesting. Not something I can call trawling 45 forums on this site, so you can post your little picture because someone else hasn't got the time to spend playing Post Police.
