How to find out year of a RMX250 motor?

I just bought a go-kart with a RMX250 motor in it and it needs a new piston. but to get a new piston I need to know what year it is

The engine number is J113-103215

I dont know how to find out the year from this

most older rmx 250s were jap imports so ring your local suzuki dealer and give them this number and they should be able to contact japan to give you al etails on this bike
