Well I'm thinking about riding a C50 Cub from Auckland to Wellington in a day, am I mad or is it do-able :scooter:

Are those two mutually exclusive all of a sudden?

Auckland to Welly on a cub in a day at this time of year is a pure walk in the park, albeit a long one.
I've got an epic 50cc scooter journey planned for next winter which will quite simply, knock your socks off.

Yup, I've done it on my early 60s C102.
Took a whole day's light plus a bit each way. 18 hours door to door going south, 19 returning.
Boring, tough on the butt, but eminently do-able.
I still have said 50 stepthru....

Good luck. Nothing like a good epic journey once in a while.
Remember to remove the scooter seat from between your cheeks once you arrive! :scooter:

Piece of the proverbial, you'll do it in a day.
Provided you don't have to deliver any mail on the way, that would add time to the trip.
Tho I do have one question: WHY?
