You can usually find them at motorbike shops, but they are usually hidden behind the unicorns.
I too want for such a device, but seem unable to find any.
I did find these, but figured its not worth selling the bike just to get the right mirror. That price is for 1 mirror.....

I have those, bought them from the USA directly, if I remember correctly it was bajadesigns they where reasonable cheap, also Neduro does some new ones which have good reviews http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=571500
I have only one left as the other one perished, they're okay but next time will get the 'double take' ones

Try Ebay Australia for these, yes, they do ship to NZ, reasonably priced too.

Acerbis do some as well, but can't source these in NZ, so another ebay link....

I had some on me SXC, but Ricky Rude pinched 'em for his Trans Alp.

Neduro's Doubletake mirrors use RAM mounts so you can pull one off  and stick a camera on or something to make it even more useful.
http://www.doubletakemirror.com/
Indestructible- Made from reinforced Zytel
Excellent visibility- SAE spec convex lens
Easy to fold, remove, or swap between bikes
Guaranteed against breakage
Mirror Diameter = 100mm (4")

Pyndon used them in Salt & Gold in the Sahara etc.

Just get cheap ones and only install one then theres only a 50% chance of breaking it.

I brought some of the double take ones in the US a few weeks ago. They seem pretty good, but I have only ridden with them for a few minutes. Expensive, but good.
The RAM bits are just standard RAM hardware, so may be cheaper here???
Natalie on the phone there was really helpful, and if several people were interested, I am sure she would try and do a good deal on international shipping. Either but the RAM bits here to keep the value under $400 (or what ever the value to pay GST is now). Or possibly inform her of the local tax situation, and I am sure she could prepare a suitable commercial invoice for shipping. :innocent:
I got my invoice by email.....
Oh and our credit cards (Kiwibank Visa) do not work with their on line system (it shows up as a Maestro/Solo card, which they do not accept. Paypal worked great though, and that seems to be a preferred payment method for them.

Should only be around $100us + postage?

I must be taking cheap bastard to new levels......
I paid NZD $70 each (for 3), including local freight (Colorado to California) for a mirror, 75mm RAM arm, and stud base to go into a mirror thread mount
So yep, about $100us if you are being flash, and putting two on a bike.......

The Acerbis mirror uses the same ball mount system, so you could use a RAM mount for that one too.
Cheaper as well, with shipping from USA being $9.65 ($13 Kiwi)
